Lately I am all about the bell-bottom jean. I just can't get enough (for example here and here). I am a fan of the high-waisted variety, but there is a pair out there for everyone and at prices starting at only $19.80. Here are some of my favorites...

WANTED. KNITWEAR

One thing that people don't always know about LA is how chilly it can get at night. Despite the sudden influx in heat, I have been craving cozy sweaters. I just can't keep up with this changing weather! It looks like I will have to wait until the sun goes down to pull out one of these (at least this week)...

4. J. Crew Merino Studded Cardigan on sale for $118.40
8. J. Crew Tipped Chale Cardigan on sale for $126.40

WANTED. PALLAZO PANTS

I had so much fun in Santa Cruz this weekend. The redwoods, the beach, the wedding, I loved it all. We decided at the last minute to spend the night at my parent's house in Ojai, to break up the long drive home. I can't wait to get back and upload my photos from the weekend.

I've been eying these Topshop pants since this summer...
After seeing them on Carolina from Fashion Squad, I am craving them even more. They look comfy and effortless.

{I am always searching for ways to be comfortable and still look chic on the plane. These might be the answer}

PYRAMID SCHEME

Both my sister and I love anything in the shape of a triangle or pyramid. Maybe it's my parent's Egypt honeymoon photos we looked through growing up.While recently looking for triangle shaped jewelry for my sister's birthday present, I came across this lovely ring (which I ended up buying for her)...

Once I found the ring for my sister, I started to see triangles everywhere! I guess it was on my radar. There is some amazing triangle printed clothing and triangle shaped jewelry out there. My sister and I must not be alone...

FALL FOOTWEAR

I think fall is the most fun shoe season. Ankle boots, over the knee boots, clogs and Victorian style lace ups are all on trend for this fall. Here is some fall footwear that caught my eye, and nothing is over $200!..

WANTED. FALL OUTERWEAR

I kind of despise "Pre Fall." Living in Los Angeles, it infuriates me to see fall sweaters and jackets in stores starting July while its 90+ outside. Especially when September in LA tends to be the hottest month.
Despite my dislike for quick retail seasonal turnover, fall is my favorite time of year. I love everything about it, the jackets, the layering the fall colors. I am seeing fall clothing everywhere and it's got me craving vests,  jackets and coats. Here is what I've got my eye on...

Faux Fur Vests

Jackets

Coats

WANTED. MORE CHEVRON

If you read Sweet Thing, I think it is clear by now that I love all things chevron. Examples here and here. I recently saw these two chevron items on shopbop and immediately added them to my wish list. Although, I might have to wait for them to go on sale. Sigh...

Loving the deco-ish clasp, and the attached chain strap!

This combines two of my favorite things, chevron and feathers. And it's the perfect length!

WANTED. BACKLESS FASHION

On these 100 degree days in Los Angeles it's hard to want to get dressed at all. But If I must, one of these backless numbers would be the perfect solution...

WANTED. SWIMWEAR

Since I am frequenting beaches and pools here on this lovely Island I though I would post some swimwear and beachwear that caught my eye from around the web. Some of the swimsuits are already on sale, hooray!

Beach Cover Ups...

WANTED. PANAMA HATS

All I could think about after leaving the theater seeing Sex and the City 2 was the incredible vintage white hat Miranda wore in Abu Dhabi. The hat is perfection, the movie is another story...

Where could I find this hat? I went searching around the web and saw one quite similar on Kelly Framel of The Glamourai...

I will scour to find the exact match and trust me, when I do you will be the first to know where. In the mean time here are some very similar hats...

WANTED. CROCHET

Monterey Pop Photo Guy Webster 11x14 $150

Summer is quickly approaching, how is it June already?!
I want to channel The Monterey Pop Festival, like my father's photo above with these bohemian pieces...

Makes me want to head to Bonnaroo, or lay in a field of flowers!

WANTED. SOCKS AND HEELS

I've been seeing a lot of socks paired with sandals or heels lately. What do you think about the trend? Yeah I know there are a lot of haters out there. I happen to think it's kind of adorable. Like these Solid Anklets from J. Crew, on sale for $14.50 for a variety three pack...

Or how about the school girl favorite, the thigh high, paired with 70's inspired platforms...

Yes Please!

WANTED. SPRING NEUTRALS

It does not feel like Spring in Los Angeles. It has barely broken 70 degrees for weeks, months even. The average temperature should be about 77 degrees this time of year. Despite this unseasonable weather I am craving nude and white dresses. Maybe to will the weather to cheer up. I think white looks pretty great on everyone, but nude can be a tricky color on some. Although with the range of nudes out there these days, you are bound to find one that looks good with your skin tone. Here are some of my favorites from Shopbop...
